2. User Responsibility & License Compliance

You are solely responsible for your use of WPDistro. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Autonomy: All management tasks—including discovery, synchronization, and updates—are performed by your own infrastructure. WPDistro does not initiate or control these actions on your behalf.
  • Licensing: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any theme, plugin, or software code managed via WPDistro complies with all applicable licenses, including the GNU General Public License (GPL) and any proprietary license agreements associated with the software.
  • Legality: You bear full responsibility for the legality of the code you access and install on your server.

3. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WPDISTRO, ITS FOUNDER, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Specifically, we assume no liability for:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WPDistro, its founder, and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your use of the WPDistro utility, including any infringement of third-party rights or violation of applicable laws.
